Online Clinical Supervision

I believe supervision is at its most valuable when it feels like a safe, supportive space where you can bring your whole self — not just your client work.

It’s your cuppa moment. A space where you can think out loud, explore your responses, celebrate successes, acknowledge challenges, and reflect honestly on your practice without fear of judgement.

My aim is to create a collaborative supervisory relationship that respects your experience, autonomy, and professional wisdom while providing the support, challenge, and perspective needed to help you continue growing and developing as a practitioner.

I see supervision as a shared process. You decide what feels important to bring, and together we create space to explore your clients, your work, and your own professional development in a way that feels meaningful and relevant to you.

When appropriate, I offer a thoughtful balance of support and challenge to help you work confidently at your growing edge.

As your supervisor, you can expect me to:

  • Create a supportive, collaborative, and non-judgemental space.
  • Respect your experience, knowledge, and professional autonomy.
  • Bring my own knowledge, insight, and experience into open discussion.
  • Offer compassionate perspectives on your work, your clients, and yourself.
  • Encourage reflection, curiosity, and honest exploration.
  • Support you in developing confidence in your own internal supervisor.
  • Build a supervisory relationship based on openness, trust, and mutual respect.

My Supervision Experience

I trained as an Integrative Clinical Supervisor in 2017 and provide supervision for counsellors, therapists, coaches, and professionals working across mental health, social care, wellbeing, and education settings.

I work with practitioners in private practice as well as providing external clinical supervision for organisations and services supporting their employed or contracted staff.

I welcome practitioners from a wide range of professional backgrounds and theoretical approaches, believing that effective supervision is built on curiosity, collaboration, and respect rather than adherence to any single model.
